Custom manufacturing is another core competency of Synco’s business. Synco has a good history of process technology development and commercial manufacture of specialty chemicals. Synco can provide services in preparation of intermediates, manufacture of active ingredients for either proprietary or generic products. From pilot scale to industrial production, the custom manufacturing is supported by a team that is dedicated to excellence in process improvement, manufacturing, quality assurance, environmental/health/safety stewardship, and ultimate customer satisfaction.
Synco has a state-of-art pilot plant facility with the capacity of multi-ton quantity per year. Synco’s plants meet international standards with many processed being equipped with DCS systems. The new site is just off the highway and is only 3 miles away from China’s important seaport, Dalian. The new site offers a completed utility system and industrial engineering facility. The new site also has a state-of-art wastewater treatment system with a daily capacity of processing 600 metric ton of waste water.
A wide variety of technologies are carried out in the plant including chlorination, fluorination, bromination, dechlorination, defluorination, cyanation, oxidation, hydrocynation, epoxidation, cyclopropanation, esterification, sulfonation, catalytic hydrogenation, Grignard reaction, asymmetric synthesis, and continuous fixed bed catalytic processes.
